For those of you who knows what I am doing, I would like to tell you that I am nearly done with the trigger mechanism and the stock.
What I would like to know next would be the dimensions of the head of the crossbow bolt.
1. What are the dimensions of the three side bolt head? You know, the one where it is as efficient as a bullet.
2. What are the dimensions of the bolt head below (the ruler at the bottom isn't enough

)?
I am interested in the middle bolts, the one that is straight and look like a bodkin point.

3. By Han Dynasty,
iron bolt heads were already in existence, right? What is the composition (percentages, etc.) of the iron?
Thank you

It is hard to say which Han arrowheads we see are really from crossbow bolts. The ones in the photograph you linked were earlier than Han and may not have been for crossbows.
I have one set that were unearthed with a crossbow. The heads are bronze, just 3 cm long with a triangular cross-section, about 5mm at the base. The have iron tangs. As they are all broken, I can't tell the original length. But Yang Hong gives a tang length of 14.2 cm.
I suspect that there were much more massive ones in military use but they didn't find there way into burials. Burial of bronze was strictly controlled during much of the Han Dynasty.
