solution and composite the horn

i am near no way buy the good horn,and lost patience in this year best weather time in my live area, other times will be more demp and hot

there are more biochemistry knowledge about horn, but no any knowledge about horn protein and more about feather and fish, what is horn structure and what matter is horn solution? i can find some matter acid\ alkali\enzymolysis for solution horn

i guess form soluttion horn for composite the horn is top secret ,some bowyer has do it more than 30 year ago,

any reply will be huge thanks

hi jiao, are trying to make glue from horn? I think horn is consist of keratin, same like hair..

i will cut some longer hair when she sleep

i also buy silk-fibroin , the horn soluttion 6 hours has some granule 12 hours has small fibre, it solution the horn week and soft part , when i dry it these horn can not break beter than raw horn

so, in other word you make a 'synthetic' horn? well, if that possible.. we can make long strips from shorter horn then..

the key is keratin ：C6H12N2O4S2 and Tyrosine,we can buy all struff from horn kerating without suffering of strong acid smell, for soluttion 100g horn i use 8$ acid waste it more
