White water buffalo horns

Post by yokhua » Mon Aug 22, 2005 1:26 pm

Folks:
If anyone interested in having white water buffalo horns please contact me.
I Just got the message from my horn supplier, the white water buffalo horns at this moment are available. The pieces he could share to me this time is 37 pieces in total. And 10 out of 37 now are reserved for Redhawk.
If I don't take them soon, the horns are all be cutted into pieces to make name seals, combs and other stuffs. I hope these horns are all in the hands of bowyers, not to be processed into name seals (that is a waist). Someone who doesn't have the skill for making good horn bows at this moment can have them stocked till you are confortable for making bows from them.
It is 50USD a pair, and not the chance to have them all the time.

how long are these horns and how much do you think the shipping would cost to germany?
have you worked with these horns before? or have you used them for the compression side of bows?
