8th China National Minority Games

The 8th China National Minority Games will be held from 10 - 18 November 2007 in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China (near Hong Kong).

There are many exotic games in the competition; but shooting with traditional crossbows and equestrian events are included. Equestrian events include horseback archery, rifle-shooting on horseback and picking up a Tibetan scarf (hadag) from the gound at the gallop.

These games are only open to Chinese nationals and residents of Hong Kong and Macau. But everybody is welcome to attend to watch. Horses cannot be provided for competitors: they have to bring their own.
