Dear all,

Just few meters next to my home here in Shanghai on a Chinese market I can find best fish air bladders. 1 Kilo is about EUR 180. I made some glue few weeks ago - really good stuff. The Chinese use it for cooking especially for soups as ingredient and the wine industry to make good wines...

Best regards

ok, i ready for sell it , if you need bladders pm me

the baldders cost will depend it's size, how many bladders in 500g,the cost of EUR 180 each bladder wight >=100g, for the best food the bladders save moro than 3 years or more the color turn deep yellow or red,the new bladders has more glutinosity damage your stomach(assimilation),but not sure it is same good thing for make glue, some seller add the chemic dye for the good yellow color, the white color seemed is good choice if it has something and, only the h2o2 for the bleach and why bleach it? in china the bladder has differ the sexuality, maybe it make the color diiffer

thanks all

Thank you Reto and Jiao. But i must say- too dear for me... + post , + maybe problems vith veterinary control in Eu border.(same vith horns ! ) Maybe ,if we agree vith JJ and share this 1kg in 1/2 ?
I have some fishbladers from European fish farms . Cleaning and drayng miself - more work- lower money . But this bladers are smaler then Croacker .

Image

you can see 3 diferent layers in each blader. 1 layer is most interesting -very fine "pearl efect" , second layer is like tendons material and 3 layer is like skin - . Every layer have own - very diferent glue quality. I dont know if croacker bladers has same layers sistem ?

From another viev , from me its better , when i know bladers condition from source to drayer end. When i interesting about croacker bladers in net , i read ,that in drying proces was bladers cooked in oil (?), than drying . Thi s was maybe problem.

Some bladder material from shops is fried (presumably in oil). This kind is useless, since the tissue is degraded by heat and can not function as a strong glue anymore. It can be recognized by the brittle consistency and bubbles in the skin. The bladders we need are "air dried" or "sun dried".

these bladers is air dry , hard and tenacity, the oil or alum or steam or warm water is a way for the food , the alum cook for the medication in Chinese traditional medicine shop, the oil cook is damp bladder not dry and same to steam or warm water, all of them is breakable not strong in the market make ready you are easy/fast cook and eat some dry fish product, it form a large fish market near the sea, from here many fish go air plane to other china city

to dusan
these croacker bladders is one layer, what fish bladder of you show? it like the carp bladder, the pearl efect if very very hard to dissolve, the tendons material like the sinew glue(for sure you can make sinew glue?), the skin layer is easy make glue, mix them is well for the strong glue?what proportion of the 2or3 bladders glue mix?try mix the rabbit and sinew glue seemed a cheep and good choice :D

How you know Jiao, about one layer croacker blader ? Have you fresh , no dreyed blader ? Because from dreyed bladers you dont see anything. Mi bladers are from more varietes of sweet vater fishes , not only from carp. Efektivity of this 3 layers is litle another then you think. Pearl layer is best from all , and cooked very quickly. Sinew layer is very close in all data like cow sinew, and skin layer is worse of them. Mix of this 3 layers or 2 can give glue vith diferent quality.
If croacker have only one layer - this is like sinew , or pearl ?
