World Traditional Archery Festival, Korea 2009

Post by Stephen Selby » Thu Jul 02, 2009 6:47 am

Dear World Traditional Archers,

Hello, I am Sung Mo Won, Executive Director of WTAFOC.
The Committee has sent the official registration form to you.
But we still have received a few out of you. Since we are getting busy preparing WTAF 2009, we need your cooperation. As soon as we receive your official registration form, we will send you official letter of invitation and take the following process. We sincerely ask you to help us to avoid any delay setting up WTAF 2009.

Ps. The form you once sent us was not the official registration form, but the pre-registration form, which is not valid for us to send you the official invitation letter. Please fill out the official one and return it to us ASAP.

Sincerely yours,

Sung Mo Won
Executive Director of WTAFOC

I received mine so the mail must be getting through. Last year I had a lot of problems with the e-mails getting caught in Junk Mail filters. This year is better.

I have written to Mr. Won several times and have not received a verification of my registration. At this point, I cannot put my schedule on hold, as this semester is a very busy one for me. So, it is with regret that I most likely will not be attending this year's WTAF. I'm sorry to all my archery friends who had planned to see me there.

Great pics! Only one detail i must correction. I dont know if anybody in Slovak Archery clubs know somthing about WTAF, but this people in pic like "Slovak team" are maybe Slovak citizens but probably Magyar nation group live in Slovakia and reprezenting Magyars culture (his dress ...) In fact Magyars have in WTAF 2 teams . Maybe if Magyars in Romania, Ukraina, Austria, Croatia , Serbia aktivated his brothers in next WTAF representing 8 Magyars groups...
