Dusan; thankyou greatly for finding these images. I know this took some effort.
Bashqort and all; There are four bows here that are associated with "Kazakh" style quivers:
1.Page 1, Ukraine museum, a long Turkic bow with a straight grip. By enlarging the photo which accompanies the display, the archer is seen to be a Mongol type from the hat, costume and horse gear. This would be early modern, maybe 1700s or so.
2. P. 3, Tula Museum, a Buryat bow, with red background display. late
3. P. 7, Hermitage Museum, with another Buryat type bow, bottom of page.
4. P. 8, St. Petersburg (Hermitage ?) museum, with Kazakh artifacts, a Tatar type bow with reflex grip.
These are all late (as late as 1800s) ethnographically collected artifacts. This Kazakh type quiver would be associated with them and peoples of the larger area. Note that like the Qing Chinese, Afghan Hunza, and Tibetian, it is constructed on a wood frame. -j-

I found interesting article about heavy mongol horsearcher 13 - 14 c.From V.F.Nemerov.
Iwill try translate some most interesting info. than - please be patient...
Nemerov based his work on very interesting found Mohilas in Eastern Baykal teritory. Mohilas like UNDUGUN, DVORCI, BUDALAN, ZUGMARA in Chilok river or MALAYA KULINDA in Onon river.
In every of this Moh. was found heavy armoured horsearcher - not like usuali historians thinks that based mongol hosearcher was light warrior .
Most interestinf found was mongol bow in ZUGMARA Moh. in Chilok river. Best say- no bow but only his original squeeze ! Only bone hamdle plate was in right place , but from this fakt we can say that mongol bow was no more than 120 cm long !
Bone plate was 18cm long and his ends was 2,5 - 2,7 cm wide.
Another interesting information was about second bow tipe from Eastern Baykal- tunguz bow. This is two wood long bow who was use in many variation in north siberian tribes from Siberia to Finlandia.
Nemerov tolked about ?Tunguz Bow? who used (чжурчжен) Tchurdjen tribe who live north Baykal teritory. This Tchurdjen tribes live near mongol and turcic tribes and close cooperated .Chines historicians sources talked about this etnonimum like ? mongolo tatar WILD DA-DA . In fact - 46 Tchurdjen ?brigade? fighting vith others tribes in 1213 in Mongol army. Its more than probability that Tchurdjens shoot vith his bows !
Arrows in Moh., was from wilov, birch or fir tree. Cilindrical form 0,8 cm . Feathers are from eagle, vulture, voodpecker, goose.
In quiver has every archer little file for arrowheads sharpening. Mongols use poison arrros . two poison name was known.
ESCHE MOCHE -poison from tree and MOGAIN CHORON- poison from snake. Snake poison was dryed and next mix vith water .
Litlle mongol archer dictionary :
Nomo- bow
Nomon Ochor - string
Ude chomon - feathers
Chaadak- quiver for bow
Tumer bulsu- arrow
Chegenyg - quiver
Modon eshe - wood for arrow
Bone plates from Kudinda Mogilnik 18cm long and 2,5 -2,7 wide in the ends :

Arrowheads - 1,3,5 Dvorci,4,6 Kulinda, 19,7,12 Budalan,8,9,10 Undugun

1,6 Dvorci,2,3 Kulinda, 4,5,7,Undugun, 9 Budalan

Bone arrowheads from 9,10,12 Undugun,11 Dvorci,13 Kulinda,14,15, Zugmara

Dusan-again thanks for all the research and posting of the pictures. I really like the different yet similar styles all the Eastern European/Asian warriors had in bows and tackle. I really found the bow from Poland quite interesting it almost appears to be a reflex/deflex recurve/longbow of modern bowyers.
