Post by Bowyer Golhan » Thu Mar 21, 2013 7:43 pm

This video's made for some popular cry additonally to my firsy video.I've used a heavier bow such as 60Lbs.for this technique .Important feature of this method is suitability for using on the horseback unlike the other methods. But,stringing & especially for the unstringing speed, practicality are the most benefits of this technique. So,this feature is making the G?lhan Technique very special in the other methods if you want to compare them. Here is the Video,

That looks great when you do it, but I think I'm gonna hurt hurt myself and/or my bow when I try it...

I have tried this method, it works great for unstringing but my bow has too much reflex for it to work to string up.

I always thought the grip on Turkish bows looked backward w the flat side toward you. But it would make stringing this way easier?

What kind of bow you've been using or your bow string loop dimensions, idon't know but;this technique needs some practice. It may be a good idea trying and learning&improving the technique with a lower poundage bow.You must drag the string loop from inside by your thumb tip on the bow's belly and after jumping the loop over the bow's tip;you can place the loop by your index finger as you can see in the video. You can not left this technique if you have got it.,i'm sure.

Additionally, this link below is my other video about this tecnique and it shows finger motions closely, good luck.
